Basic Mediation Training: Now Online!
Interested in Mediation Training?
During Fall, 2022, I will be taking a "training sabbatical." Find information below about the basic mediation course I offer periodically. Check back in early 2023 to learn about my next upcoming courses.
Basic Mediation: This 40-hour, interactive course covers theory, process, skills, and ethical considerations essential for every mediator. Training format includes coached role playing, small group discussion and exercises, video, and lecture. Topics include all required under Maryland Judicial Rule 17.
Organizational Training:
Organizations may be interested in my training and facilitation services. Training topics have included conflict management, interpersonal communication, group and team facilitation, and group and team performance.
Satisfied organizational clients have included the Johns Hopkins University, the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County, Maryland, the American National Red Cross, Verizon, the Howard County (Maryland) Public School System, and the Veteran’s Administration.
