About Mediation . . .
Conflict.
It’s part of life.
Each of us knows the conflict experience: our wants, needs, or interests seem to clash with the wants, needs or interests of others.
Mediation can help.
Mediation is a respectful process with a definite purpose and structure. In many ways, the mediator serves as a neutral navigator in the search for resolution: helping clients to gather information, to identify issues for resolution, and to generate and select alternatives that best meet their interests.
Whatever the context, mediation can help those in conflict voice their views, listen to one another with empathy, and explore forward paths together.
If mediation sounds like it might be helpful to you, “read more about it” under the topical headings on this site. And, if what you read interests you, please do contact me to learn more about my service. I look forward to hearing from you!
All the best!
